Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. Swing videos are copied into the app and never uploaded. If you enable iCloud sync (Premium), your sessions live in your own private iCloud — we can't see them.
What does Premium include?
Unlimited swing videos, the full drill library, and iCloud sync across your devices. Free includes unlimited sessions, three saved videos, and drill previews.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Range Diary, then cancel. You keep Premium until the period ends.
I paid but Premium isn't active.
Open Range Diary → Settings → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll help.

練習ノート →「設定」→「購入を復元」をお試しください。それでも解除されない場合は メールでご連絡ください。
